Martinis & Merriment Comedy Fundraiser

Soroptimist International of Elk Grove

Soroptimist Elk Grove invites you to our 2025 Martinis & Merriment Comedy event which is scheduled for March 15, 2025. The evening includes various food samples, as well as custom martinis; a terrific comedy show featuring Sandy Stec; and a fabulous silent auction & raffle. We are expecting approximately 300 guests for a great evening of food, fun, music, and prizes. Enjoy the music of a live band.
Find us at the S.E.S. Hall, 10482 E. Stockton Blvd., Elk Grove, 95624. Tickets are $75 per person, $80 at the Door.
This comedy event is 21 years and older. Join us from 6pm – 10pm.
Sandy Stec photoOur Comedienne is Sandy Stec.  Chances are, you’ve heard her voice.  Sandy Stec is a Los Angeles-based radio personality who hosts a daily afternoon show on KOST 103.5-FM. She’s also a professional stand-up comedian and event host. She grew up in the SF-Bay Area and started her radio career at the age of 20, hosting a midday show in San Jose for 10 years. From there, she hosted a top-rated morning show in San Francisco (“Marcus and Sandy”) for another 10 years on Star 101.3-FM. Now, she can be heard on iHeartRadio’s KOST 103.5 weekday afternoons from 3pm07pm doing what she loves most: connecting with listeners and making them laugh.
Her stand-up comedy career spans over 20+ years. She’s worked with Kevin Hart, Dana Carvey, Jay Leno, Chelsea Handler, Paul Reiser and many others. She’s worked on cruise ships, private events, and comedy clubs like the San Francisco Punchline, Laugh Factory Las Vegas, The Improv, and Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach.Her corporate clients include Benefit Cosmetics, HP, Cisco, Caymus Vineyards, Newport Beach Realtor’s Association, and many others. When she’s not on-air or on-stage, Sandy loves traveling, exploring and hiking. She recently completed her dream trip of visiting Havasupai Falls in the Grand Canyon. She also loves a good lazy cabana day and slot machine jackpot in Las Vegas.

Profits support our Dream Programs (Live Your Dream and Dream It, Be It: Career Support for Girls), senior women grants, high school scholarships, community grants, leadership education and more!
Ticket sales are nonrefundable unless SIEG cancels this event.

Our top Diamond Level sponsorships have limited openings, available on a first come-first serve basis. For each level there are multiple benefits, including pre-event publicity, notice in the program as well as recognition during the evening.
